Keystones is a day activity, social hub which provides 4 day a week (Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri) support for ambulant adults with learning disabilities aged 19+
FUN-FRIENDSHIP & INCLUSION is our Ethos
Keystones Centre Ltd provides discreet and appropriate support for adults aged 19+ with learning disabilities.
We are able to offer support ONLY to ambulant adults who do not require a wheelchair and who have independent personal care skills.
Our aim is to provide a safe, high quality, fun filled day-to-day environment to encourage and stimulate our clients.
We believe that each person is an individual, which is why our objective is to meet each of our client’s unique needs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Whilst our primary aim is to support our clients to engage in inclusive activities that support in maintaining skills previously acquired in school & college, our vision is to gradually increase the independence and sociability of our clients.
We maintain that the compatibility and safety of our clients is paramount to our Keystones vision, we therefore urge you to take note that Keystones Centre Ltd does not provide support for clients who display physical challenging behaviours or who require 1:1 support for behaviours that challenge whether physically or verbally.
We strongly advise that parents or carers contact us privately initially in relation to potential clients' behaviour history/support needs, we do also insist on total honesty in relation to past or current support needs relating to the behavioural profile of potential clients.
This is solely to protect the potential client and to ensure that clients are not involved in unnecessary and negative consultations that could have a detrimental impact on their self esteem and progress to date.
Our service is proving extremely valuable to clients who since joining Keystones, have increased social and independence skills whilst making valuable friendships and forging links with other local service providers.
Fun, Friends & Inclusion remains our ethos.
We feel that one of our best features is our FREE pick up and drop off service. We will pick you up from your home and bring you back again at the end of the day all free of charge.

2022 - What a year it’s been!
After resuming our activities coming back from 2 lockdowns!
Keystones have managed to slowly resume our community activities, we have a lot to be thankful for and would like to extend our thanks to Wythenshawe Cricket Club for providing us with a safe, secure and friendly venue throughout the pandemic (when allowed to be open)
Now we’ve returned to near normal, we have continued to access a variety of brilliant community activities, venues and services, providing healthy, enriching and inclusive opportunities, with other groups and friends made in the community.

Arts & Craft Sessions at the cricket club, Ten Pin Bowling at Atlantic Bowl Altrincham, Everyone Can Inclusive Gaming in Sale, Altrincham FC Sports in the community sessions, Indoor sports and outdoor football with Better Things at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre, Billy and Andy’s Music Club, Bee Amazed Dance and Well-being sessions, Library visits at Wythenshawe Forum, Visiting cafes, walking and other inclusive community interests.

Please note that we are FULLY subscribed & will only advertise on our social media or website should a vacancy come available.

NEW & Potential clients will, and only after a thorough assessment process has been conducted, access Keystones on a MONTHS trial. Keystones reserve the right to cancel any provision/place if compatibility with other clients has not been met. We do NOT provide a holiday service for those that are still at college and attendance is by contract between Keystones and clients only
